Trade Me is a thoroughly unethical business and is a disgrace to NZ. Beware if you have a problem. They don't care!

Answer:

Your only options are deal with the seller, and if they do not budge - then the disputes tribunal. TradeMe is only there to collect revenue from the trades - it does nothing if it all goes wrong.
