I am a driver for over and year, And one night while off work I was in a altercation coming to the aid of an elderly lady that was pushed down by a huge 300 pound gal in her 20's Right away I was attack and hit in the face several times and I tried to protect myself. I ended having to goto court, which never made it to a court trial and was dismissed but I had to be let go for the pending issue. 3 months later dismissed and now Uber has gave me the run around, they activated me 2 times and quickly deactivate me again with all the new reason saying Miss use of the uber app and poor customer service Which I have a 4.75 and havent even go to start back to have poor complaints or miss using the app... Im lost I dont know what to do. I tried going to the office numerious email and jump through all their hoops on emaiingl checkr first, and checkr has cleared me and then portal, If someone out there can help me get a clear answer. It would mean the world to me..
