Not absolutely, this depends on your landlord and you will not be able to communicate with it until after having made the reservation, and it does not make refunds

They are scams. They abuse students' money and cause a lot of damage to pay for hotel, Taxi, etc. Don't trust. No room, No contract, No refund.
