Question:

What made you choose united regions van lines over similar businesses?

Answer:

The price and the original customer service in order to get the contract was great. The movers are good. The price went up tremendously and then they told us it would take up to 17 days to get our stuff. This was AFTER the truck pulled away. We were told it would be ready for us to receive on the date we requested.

Your sales people lie to get the the job, i was promised a trailer not box trucks, i want a discount my stuff went to a warehouse in box trucks.

Answer:

Mine too. Totally agree with you. It was a bait and switch no one told us that the stuff would be taken off the truck and moved to a warehouse with no ETA on delivery.
