I also subscribe to this website which sucks. I have lodged a dispute with my bank to try and recover the money as I can not recieve any replies via e-mail and phoning them from South Africa would cost more than the membership fees. Maybe the various anti virus programs should have a system that could warn us the users about sites like this that have so many complaints Also since joining this site and downloading 1 song I am just getting malware alerts from AVG
