I ordered something on urban outfitters and the first two times of trying to order, it kept saying price not found and it did not direct me to the receipt page so I assumed the transaction didn't go through. When I checked my email later they still sent me an order confirmations. I'm an international customer so I really don't to go through the hassle of returning the items if I receive them and it takes 24-48 hours for them to reply, is it possible to cancel my order?

Email their customer service and tell them there was an error in how they billed you. Ask them to put the money back on your card immediately. Tell them it's difficult for you to return the items because you're international but that you really don't want their stuff.

Hi,
I didn't try to cancel an order but going by their total incompetence and not being very helpful I can't imagine any process being a simple one. That's just my opinion on past experience though.
