on 6/22/15Email their customer service and tell them there was an error in how they billed you. Ask them to put the money back on your card immediately. Tell them it's difficult for you to return the items because you're international but that you really don't want their stuff.

I didn't try to cancel an order but going by their total incompetence and not being very helpful I can't imagine any process being a simple one. That's just my opinion on past experience though.
