I ordered a dress and got an email it had been shipped. I have not received it and it's been a long time. What can I do to get my dress or a refund?

I placed an order regarding three items back in september. after a month i received only one of the three items. still nothing.how can i get a refund?
ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY AUCKEY... BIG SCAM! WHEN YOU REPLY TO THE EMAIL THEY HAVE SUGGESTED... THEY CANT BE REACHED... IT IS REDIRECTED TO THE LEGALITIES OF THEM COPYING AND ARE BEING SUED BY VENUS CLOTHING... THEY HAVE MANY COMPANIES FROM CHINA UNDER AUCKEY SO WATCH FOR THEM... BASTARDS SHOULD BE CHARGED... BUT IT SURE DOESNT HELP US WHO SPENT THOUSAND OF DOLLARS
I have 2 items that I would like to return as they do not fit. Size Medium is like an extra small and the quality of the items if very poor. Who should I contact to get help with this?

A lot of the tops on Vessos are pictures from Venus.com, are these knock off from Venus or are they originally bought from Venus and re sold?
Does anyone have a phone number for these disgrace to internet buying? A class action suit may be a viable answer to all the complaints of incomplete and totally unfilled orders.
