This griddle was very affordable and it works great. You can cook bacon, eggs and hash browns all at the same time. I feel like I'm working the griddle at a restaurant. It is fun. I use it for everything.
This item was purchased and did not work when assembled. Contacted customer support and technical suggestions were not helpful. I asked for a refund as getting information to and from technical team was arduous. The customer service team at first offered to $82 in compensation to have me take it to a shop and get it repaired, which I declined. I didn't see the point in taking time to take a defective product for a repair. The second offer was to refund $165 for an item I paid $274.04. I have declined that offer as it is obviously not the original amount paid. There is 'hassle free 30 day warranty'. Do not purchase from vevor.

It's for our shower only. Gets the water hot faster than our old one and keeps it consistently hot all the time. Easy to set temp and it allows more pressure to go through for a really nice shower. Liking it a lot.

Well so far pretty good had a problem with engine stand, not being fully welded. And some of the stuff is sent post and that sucks cause i have a disability and have to walk to the post office. Makes my life harder but the stuff that gets delivered to my door makes me happy. For that you get the B+ score.

Had a dolly converter ordered a few weeks prior.After I constructed my own dolly out of 2x6 boards, it operated flawlessly. The pre-made dollys you may purchase are too narrow and thin to provide solid rails. If you can utilize 2x6 boards, I do suggest doing this.

We bought a rotary cheese grater to replace an older one we had. It works great. Fast prep for slaw and carrots and potatoes for cooking. Great for salads, cheeses, anything you want to slice, dice or grate.

Orderd a dolly converter several weeks ago.It worked perfectly once I made my own dolly with 2x6 boards. The dollys you can buy pre-made are too thin and not wide enough to make the rails sturdy. I do recommend this if you can use 2x6 boards.

It came with more than I expected. To my surprise it also came with a live center accompanied with M2 tapered spindle, and a cute little tool box. LOVE MY MINI LATHE!

I purchased from Canada. The items were missing parts and quality was very poor. Requested refund and they tried to do anything but offer full refund and return. If you're not satisfied with the product, you will not get a full refund. After 7 days of back and forth, they offered 45% of my money back. Spend a bit extra and shop elsewhere.

If they allowed a 0 star review I would give them that. Customer service is horrendous in fact none existent. Takes days for a response via email. Phone is even worse. Only buy from these clowns if you don't care about warranty or returns. Say 24/7 service ha "NOT". 30 day free returns " ha NOT". Be very cautious ordering from this company. Not sure they even have a really office. Think it's just a call Center. Careful careful. You have been WARNED

I needed new lifting cables on my marine railway. The railways lifting cables lay in the water all summer. The old galvanized cables were rusting out. The galvanized cable was about the same price, so why not use stainless. 6400 lbs breaking yield is plenty good enough.

I bought two outdoor handrails but unfortunately after 6 months they were rusted and cracked in the middle.
I sent several emails and photos to the customer service during the warranty period and explained the issue to them but they didn't reply to me. When I continued to send the emails to them they finally replied that this is out of warranty period.I told them I claimed this issue in warranty period but you didn't answer me. They replied me with these sentences: we are so sorry or please accept our apology and so on. They did nothing. They prolonged these correspondence till the warranty period was gone.
I have never seen such terrible customer service.

Purchased a pond liner installed it with geo textile underneath liner was to be punctured resistant up to a certain lbs had paid a contractor 280 dollars for delivery it lasted 2 days before leaking lost all water within a week asked for some reimbursed on water was denied i even purchased an air pump from them hoping to get a 40 % discount didnt happen so im a lil disappointed

Edit: A lot of back forth emails we came to an agreement that I guess both agreed. At the end we both lost money and it's upsetting but shipping line is also at fault in this case. Vevor did tried to find a solution for my case. I might give them another chance for future purchases but I would make sure shipping goes smooth as possible.
This is honestly the most ridiculous company and zero service.
I saw many bad reviews but decided to give it a try but it just happened that the day my package got delivered I was not home. Now they said it's delivered with tracking but yet I don't have it. I checked in my camera I saw the delivery guy ran the door but the item is not there! If the item was in front of my door I would of see it in my camera but yet its not there! Now I have no product and no refund. I am so frustrated I asked for a reship but it's not an option for them! I will never do business with them again and do not recommend at all! This is so frustrating!
