on 2/16/21I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
They won't answer the telephone or call you back if you request a call-back and it takes days for them to respond. They hope you woll just give up trying to contact them. They refuse to cancel my irder and won't give me my money back.
