I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.

I received an email stating that po boxes are not shipped to, which is a problem because I live in a small town and we do not have mail delivered to the house. I changed the shipping address to a street address last week on the 21st and got a confirmation stating that the order was being processed. I still have not received the item.

The worst! Chrome bumper rusting after 2 months on a garage kept pickup. Vivid expected us to remove the bumper, repackage, and ship back on our own dime. All the while the pickup is not usable. A replacement was months out. Was fed a bunch of B.S. By customer service! These people simply do not care and don't stand behind their products.

Hello, this is a warranty and the manufacturer did offer an alternative method. Our returns team did send follow ups with the recommendation but have received no response. So I bought a set of titan 7 wheels for lamborghini gallardo put a set of new tires on them. The next size up front and back and car is lowered and install them. Go to back out my driveway no grade or bumps and the front tires rub like no other. So that's not going to work I take them off and call vivid. They give me the run around for a month so they don't have to buy them back. It's all my fault tire size wrong/lowered. OK I just take lose fine with that. 1 year later a guy buys them for his completely factory gallardo and puts his factory size tires back on wheels. Install and hits the road first turn he says it's rubbing so bad he went straight back home and took them off and wants a refund. So call vivid and titan and they just told me to get lost. So I wouldn't buy wheels from vivid racing

Hello, we cannot accept returns for wheels over a year go that were installed and driven on. This is pretty common in the industry for wheels that were installed, mounted and balanced, that a return could not be completed for buyers remorse, especially for wheels purchased a couple years ago.
Looking for a particular item, out of stock and everyone gave me nothing in terms of a solid time frame.

Do NOT order from them. They claim they shipped my item which should have been over 50 lbs. The shipment states package was only 7 lbs. and this was after we requested a refund then all the sudden we were supplied a tracking number weeks later. Never received package. Won't refund money. THIEVES!

I was thoroughly disappointed in this attempted first purchase from Vivid Racing. They made me believe that they had a tire in a size that I had been unable to find elsewhere. After my order, they immediately charged my card, and then informed me the tire would not ship for another 6 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to get their customer service to answer my question about why they had a tire no one else had. While their customer service was polite and always responded promptly to my emails, they never addressed my concern in multiple emails about the tire being discontinued. After 6 weeks, the tire didn't ship and I cancelled my order. For all I know, they just took my money to make interest and knew all along that they would never ship the tire, but trained their customer service reps to continuously dodge the issue. I assume that isn't true, but I'll still never use them again.

We responded to your claim, the refund was processed Feb 29th back to your paypal.
My ex-wife was helped by a staff member to select the rims for my daughters birthday. The rims were delivered to the wrong house, I am willing to say that is the only thing that is not their fault, but it was a sign of things to come. When we tried one of the rims, it was the wrong size. Starting the process to return the rims was a headache, but after a few weeks, I was able to send them back, at my own expense. With the discount to have the tires mailed to me, it was $100.00. Without the discount it cost me $400.00 to send them back. They were sent back 01/12/2024 and they confirmed they got them. 3 of the rims were never taken out of the box and I still haven't received a refund. If I get a refund, I am out $500.00, no rims and my daughter doesn't get her birthday present. I will never use Vivid racing again.

The Vivid Racing website was one of the easiest to navigate and their images of their parts give the exact impression of the size and details it has in person. However, my order was damaged during its shipping or packaging. Only for that reason I have it 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5. I hope I am compensated for this.

They already send me the same hood twice damage on delivery plus my car had been in the shop for about three months without a hood. I ordered headers in November 2021. Was told a 8-10 week wait. All emails went unanswered. Finally got an answer that they're waiting on confirmation from me. 4.5 months later parts were not ordered and price increased.

I've been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money back for 2 items i no longer need, even requested the refund before either item had even been thought about being shipped. Over 300$s worth in returns and they just keep passing me off to these foreigners that i can barely understand. Really starting to get under my skin.

It's my first time shopping at vivid racing I've liked the large selections of products also the pricing on some items are the same or even better then on other sites. Also when I contacted customer support about a problem with my shipping address they were friendly and very helpful.
I had to email the Vivid Racing after over 15 days of inactivity. Afterwards, my part was located in the warehouse and finally received on December 20, when it was originally ordered in December 01. I don't really feel like they appreciated me as a customer.

Bad I had to wait over 14 weeks to receive. Also, the core received wasn't as cl re an as the one I'm sending back. It appeared to be glue and discoloration on the core sent to me. Fortunately, I was able to correct most of the imperfections.
