"Your" service fee is an intrusion into our business. We pay you to advertise not to take from our clients. We try to keep our fees competitive but you are adding additional monies to our bill. Think of it like putting an ad (our ad) in the classified (your website). The newspaper (you) gets paid for the ad and we get to advertise our product (our listing). If we get a customer, YOU do NOT get to grab some of the income! STOP! If you want to offer 'protection', you NEED to give "our customers" the option to BUY or NOT BUY. Isn't it enough that you are trying to sell them everything you can when they use the site to book? Hands off our clients. My request: Will you stop charging the service fee? If you find you don't want to give that up (damn), then at the very least, will you please make it optional!
