Like past customers, no one will respond to calls, messages, emails on why its taking so long to complete the process. Just want to receive my car!

I too have recently purchased a vehicle from Vroom and still haven't even gotten a delivery date yet. Have called over 10 times and no one seems to know anything about what is going on with my vehicle. They started off great until they got my money then now they just keep saying to check your email. Have you gotten any words on your car yet?
