on 7/14/18Check out their company profile with the better business bureau. Vroom has the worst rating the BBB gives based on a pattern of not responding to customers once they have your money as well as delivering dirty or damaged cars.
I personally believe it is because they did a bad job running things with their customer service during COVID. I just bought a car here and it was a great experience. I started buying on 9/29 and it was delivered 10/11. It is exactly like the pictures & I am happy. I would say give it a try. They do have a return period if you don't like the car.
