on 12/30/19This is verbatim from an email they have sent me. "No where on our website we promise full refunds, we only promise to review the case and in this case we can not offer full refund". They will offer you a 60% refund since they claim you have to forfeit 40% for processing fees plus handling. With a printing defect, a 100% refund should be offered but it is not. What handling... since they also mentioned to me in an email that they do not have a warehouse to hold returns. After a few back and forth emails, they then offered a 70% refund and for me to keep the print. I'm sure you are going through what I am going through, and the quality of the print is horrible and you do not want to keep the print, you just want 100% of your money back.
They stopped answering emails at this point. I'm working with my credit card company to have a charge back issued. I hope you do the same.
