I can either post on the WAZ shoppers group run by the man himself (hes very active everyday on the group). Or you can simply dm him on fb or Instagram or hit him up on tictok

Difficult to say the least! I only heard back after several days and threatening to dispute on my Credit Card. After reading reviews etc. and seeing that other people had similar problems I believe that "Waz" purposely screws up your address so items get sent back. He then keeps your money. I am still trying to get refunded for a product that never came

Pretty much impossible, you can try and try to email but the only way he will contact you is if you leave a negative review on his fan page.

Super easy just hop on the Waz shoppers group on facebook or contact the owner directly

He has a Facebook and it's super easy! He responds right away he one person working hard to send out 100s of ordered!

Waz shop is ran by one guy himself (Waz). He's great on replying back for a one man show. Most people who gave him 1 star reviews here are mad that their postal service hasnt shipped their item to them yet and blame Waz even though he has shipped everything when the items where ready. People are silly

I emailed and got a reply back 2 days later with very little information. They do not have a phone number for calling in.
