I've tried so many coverings for the veins on my legs and hands and nothing ever had such lasting coverage as Westmore. This product is where the road ends! I will continue to purchase this product. I first thought it was too expensive but guess what, who cares. When a product works as well as Westmore, there's no price that's too much! Btw, I'm 69.

The makeup isn't good, the quality and videos they advertise is nothing like what you get. Not to mention if u get a subscription and want to return something they don't want to send your a free label. They made me struggle so much to get a label, until i could no longer return the package because "it passed the return date" when over their virtual chat they kept telling me they were extending the date until i was able to receive a return by mail, not electronically. All this for me to call and they said "oh that was just misunderstanding from the last representative" not to mention i had already canceled my subscription and they said they were still going to send a next shipment in may? I don't want anything else from this brand. $80 dollars for something i didn't want… crazy

Unethical and poorly run company. Products are subpar and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get help from customer service. Forget any "guarantees" or return options; they do not exist.

Agree. Such a scam. Terrible product. Very light coverage and doesn't dry. Then they hide subscriptions. I have been charged for a tube daily now and no one will return my email in customer service. Stay away.
The product gets on everything. It looks very dense and fake. I've spent literally hours trying to cancel. They says it's cancelled and they will send a return label for yet another product shipment. But nope. Just hit my credit card again.
Never received my order. Called customer service. Woman could not understand we did not receive package. When I asked for someone with better English skills, she hung up on me after waiting over 30 minutes on hold. Doing a charge back through my bank now.
You cannot run fast enough away from these crooked SOB's. We had to cancel our credit card to avoid being charged anymore unjustified charges. We let our guard down and did not review the company or the product before falling prey to their deceptive evil tactics. Lesson learned! Do your research! Stay away from Westmore beauty!

I, like an idiot, ordered the stuff and didn't even get it! Just the freebies, no actual product. I called them right away and told them and before they had a chance to explain. I kind of knew right then and there something fishy was going on. Told them not to send me anything. Thank goodness I got out before they sucked me in. I used my Amex card. Always good to use, they will always back you up when you are being fleeced. Why do they let them keep advertising this junk?

I had a very bad experience in this ( westmore beauty) company, they took 3 payments from my bank account for the product that was deceptive, differ from what they advertised. I called for refund because it's useless ( never open the second package) but they denied to return my money, I requested for cancellation ( they attempted to continue charging twice. To make matter worst, despite of no refund and cancellation, they send my account to another scam debt collection Northshore agency.

This company is terrible. Do not sign up with them for their subscription. They say you are getting a "deal" but in reality they are overcharging for their products and when you try to cancel they say they have, but keep charging your credit card. I cancelled in May and have gotten 2 more charges in June and July. So basically they were trying to charge me $150.00 for one tube of body concealer. Disputing this with my credit card company because they wont help when you do get a hold of the company Beware! Don't waste your time or money. Very, very frustrating and fraudulent
I wish I'd read the multiple, negative reviews before I spent $50. I thought this was the product I'd finally been looking for. I have veins, I have tattoos - this didn't even touch them - I shook the bottle, applied as directed and the coverage was laughable. Not to mention one bottle would only last a few applications. I decided to see if it truly didn't rub off on clothes after drying. Another joke. This was a total rip off and I'm disgusted.
I made an order and never received a confirmation email from the company about my order. After 24 hours, I contacted customer service. After losing over an hour and getting no where about the status of my order, they told me to contact them again after 48hours had gone by from the time I placed my order. So another hour spent on the chat with another rep, he tells me the order was placed today and should take 9-11 days for delivery so I told him I would like to cancel the order. He then precedes to to tell me that it had actually been sent and was in transit! I never received any kind of tracking info or confirmation so he sent it to me (after having to ask for it)but it does not have the arrival date because on closer inspection of the email it has not been sent.He lied so I would not cancel. I won't be buying anything from them in the future and wish I had done my homework as so many bad reviews about their products have me worried.
Doesn't work. I would not recommend this product. It did not smooth my wrinkles, tighten my skin or brighten my eyes at all. I'm really bummed.
Edit: ok so I didn't realize that you can't use it with an oil based moisturizer. I actually applied it over coconut oil. I used it without and omg wow, it actually does work pretty amazingly well! I'm impressed!

The marketing is very deceptive. I signed up to get a delivery of coverage product every three months at what I thought would be about $30/month. The product started coming every month, faster than I could use it. I cancelled and was told that I had a balance of $96.00 after I have already paid two payments.
The product was not great either -messy to use, transfer badly on my white towels. Coverage not good either. Too bad that I have a ton of it.
Wanted to try the product so did a one time trial package. They set me up for a recurring billing and shipment which I didn't want. Feel this was a total scam. The product was fine but looked a bit too fake
I ordered the first trial size of makeup, which came with some brow gel that I never ordered. The brow gel is for brunettes, I have fair skin and red hair. Never had time to use the skin make up before another box came. Luckily, Paypal let me cancel order. I have called them numerous time, emailed them, written them, but they still bill me every week for some brow get for $126.20. Has anyone ever paid $126.40 for brow get? The representatives don't understand what I am saying and I just give up. They told me they want me to mail back, at my expense, the box of brow get which I never ordered. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with... stay away from them... Terrible customer service.
Everything in the negative reviews I read are correct and applied to me: Hiding their intent to scam you in the fine print, charging way too much for a three month supply that they ship after the first month, charging you even after you cancelled the subscription scam on the phone, no one to talk to, products that do not work, etc.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered 2 bottles of Golden Radience and instead was sent 2 bottles of Fair Radiance. Contacted customer service to ask them to send prepaid label for return or how they wish for me to proceed. I was told they did not pay for returns, that I could pay for the return and would be refunded the cost of $90 less shipping and handling. What? Why should I pay shipping back for their error? Insane and terrible customer service. I ended up disputing the charge and ordering from another site. I'm not paying for their mistake! I did get an email that they would offer me 20% off on the incorrect shade if I didn't want to return it. Heck, no...why do I want 20% off of a shade I will never use? Cannot believe a company treats their customers like this.

Warning: This product is terrible, very light, does not cover like they show you on TV. And if you do try to layer it like they tell you, it does not dry and becomes very settled and cakey looking. Be warned, that the 60 day money back guarantee only relates to 30% of the price, even if you did not open something in your shipment.
The reason why I cannot give this body perfector 5 stars because it does not provide an spf to protect you from the sun.
If that could added to the product I would give it 5 stars. By the way, can the company company recommend a sunscreen that can be used with this product?
You pay for 3 months In advance before you receive the product. Last shipment was in March which was paid for. I canceled in May. They will not refund April and May payments that they took out of my account. They said my account with them has been paid in full. And they will not charge my account anymore. But they owe me for 2 months. (almost 100.00) I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..
