Very easy... I was extremely happy with their service.
When I called or sent a question, Philippe answers back pretty fast and was a great help and kind!
Really easy... its as simple as going to their website at wheelster.ca and clicking the chat option. They also have easy access to telephone conversations as well. Their number is listed on their site as well. They're very fast at replying especially over chat on their website.
