Paid for item first of may 2020 and its july and still nothing nor will they refund my money... worst site ever. Dont trust them with credit card number. They are dishonest. And keep putting delivery date off for 21 days. Again and again... told me delivery date was the second and if it does not arrive to contact them for refund... it didnt arrive so i did contact them and instead of refund they gave me a new delivery date... and wish has no phone number for support for any1 to call

Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Please help me get refund from wish it's been three month and I paid $350 for laptop. Their customer service say it's been shipped and my item hasent arrived. Now they dont even reply. They stole my money and dont want to give refund. Please help me somebody

I had contact several time with wish.com customer services but they always fail to give the answer of my question in which I asked they contact with the seller and conforme that he has sent me 1 parcel or 2 different parcel because I had purchased 2 different items 2 USB Flash drive and 8 Micro SD card.

I have just became ensnared in the wish.com credit card info trust worthiness debacle and had my bank account wiped out completely by just downloading the app since september and had to get the bank to try and trace down the culprits or whatever and may or may not get my 2 mos ssi and ecola virus 19 deposit back and have been penniless this whole time. They are investigating but it is a fiasco/snafu 100% fubar at best.

I ordered a black leather trench coat that was supposed to be leather and full length I got back a coat that went to my knees and was not leather. It was 99% polyester 10% Spandex and was to small. I ordered an extra large full length leather trench coat that was even to small for anyone I knew I suppose that I should have guessed that there might have been different meanings to extra large from country to country. I guess now that know this now like I do I should have ordered an XXX large trench coat. I just want a black leather full length trench coat. Why can't I get that. Isn't this False advertisement please send me my black full length leather jacket thank you so much I am sorry if I'm being a pain in your backside but I've always wanted this I paid for it and never got it please send it to me

They do not steal your money. Wish is like Amazon for cheap items from China, they're just a go-between from seller to consumer. Once you make a purchase, Wish processes your payment the same as buying something from a non-Amazon-direct store from Amazon.

Yes they steal your money, don't send the item and refuse to refund you. Contrary to what sara a says, I'm not a liar. This is my personal experience. You may get lucky and receive your item but I wouldn't risk it and certainly wouldn't trust them with your credit card details.

It's a scam in multiple ways

You throw multiple items in Your cart and pay for the items. They claim they are awaiting the seller, then they claim the item is out of stock and they refund only 95+% of the price, but You have to complete refunds individually... so, if out of fifty items ordered at say $3.00 each and only four were available, you not only would have to complete the returns one at a time, but roughly, they would keep $6.90 of your payment. Again, the will not refund 100% of the price.

If you order in batches of say three shipments and a large percentage of the items purchased are "chance items" (where you try and be the first to order, and you get it for fifty cents or so) or free items (just pay shipping), they will alter the price of the items when it comes time for your returns, pretending like they refunded you, when actually they haven't. I had a total of seventy-seven items purchased, forty seven returned and fifteen that they're saying have been shipped. That leaves fifteen items unaccounted for, to which they alter the price of the items you "won" for fifty cents, making it look like you got your money back. Basically, there's no way to prove it, cause you don't get a normal invoice and their prices change by the minute on their site.

Don't believe they're just a normal online store. AFAIC, any place that says it's the same chance as amazon, is either a fake review, a place that ordered a few items, or an author who knows not what they're talking about.

Basically, my warning is, if You want to try playing the wish game, record all of the items' prices IMMEDIATELY so you know how much they're trying to slice from you. Screenshot everything and keep track of what they refuse, refund and ship.

WISH IS A SCAM

Wish sent me 6 pairs of boots that was in my shopping basket that I couldn't wear and I ordered a beautiful ceiling light that was broken when I received it, and a coat that my youngest granddaughter couldn't wear, and shoes that was not the material depicted in the picture, but I ordered a pair of red shoes and they sent orange, the items looks very good, I just want the Items that was ordered to have quality material.
I wish that they would have a customer service number that works, so that our issues would be addressed and be resolved, they are not honorable!

I placed two orders one on 3/19 of 362.32 and then I pace another order in the amount of 295.62 shortly after the orders were paid in full someone in your company closed my account. So I have not received my orders I want to know why my account was closed by your company? I want my money back also. Your company are lairs you continue to say a customer service person will contact me and help with your order and it never happens. I never get to talk to a person. You will never get a dime from me again. Your going to hell for you have done to me.

Nobody deserves to be ripped off! And they aren't foolish! They have been slow but I received everything I ordered even if slow getting to me. Until my last order. And when I contacted them was told was past 30 days and no refund. At least not a lot of money but I'm on a fixed income. And is still annoying!

If you are foolish enough to buy something from Wish, after the thousands of negative reviews on this site, then you deserve what you get. However, if you order from a site that you don't trust 100%, then use PayPal or Apple Pay. Both of these do not give your credit card info to the website and they have easy ways to dispute a dodgy deal and get all of your money back.

Some of you are lying. Wish is a nice company. They offer immediate refunds and they do not steal your money.

They just recently stole 308.00 from me for an iPhone XR that UPS confirmed was sent to someone else name Alex and a different address than mine. I have sent in proof like they asked still no refund or iPhone XR. This was last month on March 24,2021. I am now being ignored by customer support because they said my issue was resolved when it wasn't resolved. They're trying to say they confirmed it was sent to me but I sent proof it wasn't. They have the worst customer support team and I will no longer be purchasing anything from them. I am going to file a lawsuit against the company for my money back. I think we all should get together and file one big lawsuit against them. It will make them start refunding customer's money and stop trying to scam them. The store that I purchased from has been removed from the app so there's no way for me to even contact them.

These people are not lying. I have Never tried to return anything but should have. They charged my bank $117 this morning when I only bought $42 yesterday. Tell me that isn't stealing!
Do you know a customer Service number that I can call to get my imaginary money back?
By the way... when you select to pay with Pay Pal, it just sits there and doesnt do anything. If you want to order... you have to put your card info in. I would give anything if I hadn't. I don't even know how to pull up an order. The order I bought right before Christmas was $189. I wasn't even done deciding what I wanted and they just checked me out. I got 3 of one thing and 2 of another. I will not be ordering from Wish again!
