I use to love wish. Recently not any more. On December I ordered a set of purses that I never received. I did get refunded after a couple emails. I received 3 out of 4 of my items. Ended up getting refunded for all but one because they were all so late (1 item actually arrives on time). I received 2 watches. One watch stopped working after about a month. The other fell apart and stopped working after a month also. And since I had two I wasn't wearing them everyday but luckily I had gotten refunded for them already bc of late shipping. Also if you order anything read reviews and use PayPal.

CHEAP, CHEAP, CRAP FROM CHINA! You get what you pay for. Takes >6 weeks to be delivered. Worse quality than what you get a the dollar store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Never order makeup or lotions, etc. God only knows what toxic chemicals are in those products

Ordered 2 vacuums the first one didn't get here so refunded me, second a few days ago they said been delivered to wrong address they refunded me, didn't want refund wanted what i ordered, they refunded me anyway. I would not bother with Wish anymore...

Augg, you get what you pay for. I made almost 100% returns and it's an aweful process! If you can avoid ordering with Wish, just don't do it. The fabric is NEVEr what is shown in the pictures. I tried Rosegal too, just as bad. Don't do it!

Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Yes it's cheap but they made me a firm believer in "you get what you pay for. I was buying from them more than the average person cause I have a business doing resale. I went through my finances and found that they took over $800.00 from me that they claimed was refunded. 60% of my orders had some type of issue or another, either never received, took over 2 months to receive, or received badly damaged during to it being shipped in soft bag type packaging with in one instance a welding helmet that was defined on numerous occasions after telling them to pleas box them, in which they did for two orders and the following back to a bag. I tried to get my money back and a guy that work for them told me to email the list in which was done and never heard back. Tried calling today, no phone to find and shot out a dozen email with no responce. Obviously they know their service suck so they would be on the phones all day if people were able to call. DONT DO IT!

Can't never got a chance to pay for my order after about four emails back and forth, they wanted me to attach a picture of my bank card and my ID so that they could unlock the account and then I would be able to pay for the stuff in the cart I didn't do and I deleted the account and the app. Will never try them again. I have had over 500,00 people read my reviews of this site and the answer is, it depends. I have bought over 50 items and never had an issue. However, ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS! If it is junk, people will be commenting. Had a lot of luck with inexpensive watches that look very expensive and are like $5 with shipping. I bought an expensive purse and I didn't use it for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. Took a picture and within an hour, my money was refunded. Also, when items take longer than 30 days, many times they have just credited the amount as they have tracking issues, but the item has still come. Watch out for clothes! Sized for the Asian market and tiny! I wear a medium, ordered an xxl and it just fit. Best thing is they charge delivery per item, so you can order one thing to try.

It depends. It's cheap sure, but I would use a temporary credit card or PayPal to safeguard your accounts and permanent credit card numbers. They are in China and you can't have them arrested or Sue them.

It's cheap yes but you don't always get what you order. Things look good and it isn't whennit comes. But it is also a long wait for them cause there mostly over seas. I got good stuff and I got disappointing stuff just depends when you want it and what you order. I gave not bought anything real high on there

I wouldn't recommend you purchase anything. I signed up and they gave my email to third parties which started sending me spam emails. I started getting my email flooded with unwanted emails (example: dating, overseas women, etc.) It took me a while to get all of those emails gone for good! Just beware they also tend to steal peoples money off of there cards!

Yep finally got the thing to work but majority of letters/numbers say J juice and spell it and even if you order numerous items they are all shipped separately will not be ordering anything else from them and I installed geek and it's with wish app after I get everything one at a time I am uninstalling both apps so pictures are pretty but reality sucks

Some stuff is good but beware of what you purchase. Most comes from China.

Wish, great app, but that's about where it ends.

1. Bait and switch pricing. You click and then if you want YOUR size or an actual standard color, the price jumps.

2. Fake deals. The "retail" prices are absurd, 10 - 100 times what they really cost other places, so your "discount" looks higher.

3. Price changes, similar to #1, you click on an item and the price changes even before selecting the item.

4. Shipping prices are outrageous, sometimes higher than Amazon, and MUCH higher than AliExpress.

5. Shipping times are outrageous given the price your pay for shipping.

6. Same stuff available on AliExpress for the same price, but shipping is free or much much less.

I will say that I did get one product early. It was defective. Customer service bot did an automatic refund. Did not have to deal with the store, and argue, like on AliExpress. Not everyone has that experience.

If you really NEED something, then PAY for it. Buy from a legit org.

Ordered many things mostly just go to garbage not worth a dime and recently 4 products never arrived and of course the most expensive i bought.

WISH IS GARBAGE. They make their money in bulk sales and new customers. Sort of like the cigarette companies of the 70's but with a newer bling. Except garbage is shiny and Wish is anything but pretty. Pretty horrific lesson with those guys. What a freakin' waste of my innocent monies. Really stupid of me. Good luck, you truly will need it.

Wish is a business to consumer platform from China.   They do not make any thing but manufacturers or wholesale vendors in China market their products on Wish ( like Amazon).   Wish does not take any responsibility of delivery time, quality of merchandise and authenticity of the product.
Many times services are handled by outsourced companies in India not the merchandise which is all Chinese.
Chinese vendors do not follow ethics or reputation as they work on mass production and mass merchandising.   Be careful when ordering.   Merchandise comes late and many times too late.
Quality depends on what you order.   I would suggest to be away from clothing at all costs.

Wish is great and all, but if you want a place that has a bunch of $#*! for less prices and 9-20 day shipping, and free shipping, go and try joom.

I am very disappointed in wish, day 14 and i haven't gotyen my refund, i won't be quiet and loose money

Some things are okay but mostly cheap garbage remember who you are buyng from. If it don't fit or wrong item it will cost a fortunes to send back then you will most likely lose your wrong iten and your money.
Yes I can help you, Remember you are buying from CHINA the country that put poison in the milk to kill off some of the babies it's true google it.
2nd don't expect to get it for at least 2 months or more if you are lucky enough to get it at all.
3rd if you don't get it don't expect a refund I am in a battle with them now for very reason. Back on March 6th I paid for items was refunded after a month or two then just this month without any notice from them it was my credit card company that notified me that they were re billing me and took back out the 40 bucks they had refunded me. Very crooked company and outfit. I ordered probably 25 to 30 items out of that I think I got approx. 5.
6th If you are refunded then re billed months later get ready to jump through hoops to try to get your money back. I am going to do it through my CC company because I trust them and what they say not WISH.

My experience was simply awful. They don't send what you ordered, and then some of my items never arrived! The wrong orders they sent I am expected to pay international postage to return them which would be far more costly than the items I paid for with no guarantee that I would even receive the correct order. I sent them pictures of what they sent me - but still the same email responses. There are no "real people" to speak to. Only communication is via email with their repeated copy and paste answers. What a scam!

Their customer service needs work, but when I asked a refund for a failed delivery, they had it back to my account in just a few hours.

Wel i can say only that im Happy with Wish! I have recived all my Orders in a good time an in good quality.
Wat is important on Wish is to copare first different Sellers an read those costumer ratings befor placed order! The costumer service is on my experience a little bit spezial! ( complicated) but for refound i got myn in 3 Days after request! So i order every Month 1 to 2 Items!

Yes they charge shipping price for each item instead of shipping the whole order so they make extra sometime the shipping is more than the item I wear size xlarge it was rtight in my arms

I have never recieved any items from them I have had to ask for refunds every time they have always mysteriously lost my items and always a hassle to get my refunds

Wish is not too good to be true, most of the time. You are talking to a customer who has been buying from them for a long time! If you want to make your dreams come true with wish, simply all you must do is pay attention to the reviews. Before ordering any item, make sure the product has three or more stars and that it has multiple reviews talking about the product quality (even better when customers provide pictures!). If you do this, you should be fine. I have been happy with everything I've ordered from wish by following those steps. Good luck!
