I use to love wish. Recently not any more. On December I ordered a set of purses that I never received. I did get refunded after a couple emails. I received 3 out of 4 of my items. Ended up getting refunded for all but one because they were all so late (1 item actually arrives on time). I received 2 watches. One watch stopped working after about a month. The other fell apart and stopped working after a month also. And since I had two I wasn't wearing them everyday but luckily I had gotten refunded for them already bc of late shipping. Also if you order anything read reviews and use PayPal.

CHEAP, CHEAP, CRAP FROM CHINA! You get what you pay for. Takes >6 weeks to be delivered. Worse quality than what you get a the dollar store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Never order makeup or lotions, etc. God only knows what toxic chemicals are in those products

Ordered 2 vacuums the first one didn't get here so refunded me, second a few days ago they said been delivered to wrong address they refunded me, didn't want refund wanted what i ordered, they refunded me anyway. I would not bother with Wish anymore...

Augg, you get what you pay for. I made almost 100% returns and it's an aweful process! If you can avoid ordering with Wish, just don't do it. The fabric is NEVEr what is shown in the pictures. I tried Rosegal too, just as bad. Don't do it!

Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Yes it's cheap but they made me a firm believer in "you get what you pay for. I was buying from them more than the average person cause I have a business doing resale. I went through my finances and found that they took over $800.00 from me that they claimed was refunded. 60% of my orders had some type of issue or another, either never received, took over 2 months to receive, or received badly damaged during to it being shipped in soft bag type packaging with in one instance a welding helmet that was defined on numerous occasions after telling them to pleas box them, in which they did for two orders and the following back to a bag. I tried to get my money back and a guy that work for them told me to email the list in which was done and never heard back. Tried calling today, no phone to find and shot out a dozen email with no responce. Obviously they know their service suck so they would be on the phones all day if people were able to call. DONT DO IT!

Can't never got a chance to pay for my order after about four emails back and forth, they wanted me to attach a picture of my bank card and my ID so that they could unlock the account and then I would be able to pay for the stuff in the cart I didn't do and I deleted the account and the app. Will never try them again. It's garbage. Save your money

I have had over 500,00 people read my reviews of this site and the answer is, it depends. I have bought over 50 items and never had an issue. However, ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS! If it is junk, people will be commenting. Had a lot of luck with inexpensive watches that look very expensive and are like $5 with shipping. I bought an expensive purse and I didn't use it for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. Took a picture and within an hour, my money was refunded. Also, when items take longer than 30 days, many times they have just credited the amount as they have tracking issues, but the item has still come. Watch out for clothes! Sized for the Asian market and tiny! I wear a medium, ordered an xxl and it just fit. Best thing is they charge delivery per item, so you can order one thing to try.

It depends. It's cheap sure, but I would use a temporary credit card or PayPal to safeguard your accounts and permanent credit card numbers. They are in China and you can't have them arrested or Sue them.
