NO! You don't want to get involved with that company. They scam you on shipping charges, but you don't see the shipping until AFTER they take your money. The stuff they sell pretty much is junk.

By "trusted" do you mean you can be certain to always get exactly what you want when you want it at the price you're guaranteed? Then your answer is, NO. I have honestly had some good experiences with Wish.com, but then I didn't. And the bad experiences far outweighed the good! After doing my research I came to realize that Wish.com is a very unreliable company with MANY complaints logged against them for misleading customers and harvesting their customers credit card numbers. Wish.com and its affiliates are actively commiting fraudulent violations, but its difficult for the authorities to hold them ac$#*!able because the majority of these actions occur from overseas partners. So my advise to anyone has always been PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND PREJUDICE. Use a prepaid card instead of credit card if you just Have to have that item at such a CHEEP price. Good luck!

Everyone says a lot of negative things, but I'm not sure if you read my comment about the site. Wish is an app that compiles sale items from various different shops all over China. I ordered about 25 or so items on December 2nd. I did receive all of my items before Christmas except for 3 pair of fingerless gloves (all shipping from the same 'shop') that were for myself anyway. If you scroll through the pictures, you always see 'user pictures' posted at the end of the photo series from actual people that ordered that item. READ the reviews on each item. If that particular item or shop gets bad reviews then don't order that item. Keep in mind also that China sizes tend to run small because yes, the women are pretty petite. I usually order small from most sites, but any clothing items I buy - I order a large and they fit pretty accurately then. Between myself and my daughter, I ordered about 5 different pair of boots from various shops on Wish. The shoe sizes are accurate. Also, keep in mind that they are in China so contacting Customer Service during normal U.S. business hours won't pan out very successfully for you. Be a smart consumer and review each item (pictures AND comments) & you should have no disappointments. Keep in mind some of the shops associated with the app sell cheaply made items and aren't great on shipping items quickly, but I think everything I ordered came from a different shop. So obviously they deal with many different companies compiled all into their one app.

My husband and I have both ordered quiet a few items from wish. He ordered a cell phone case with gorilla glass. It came very late and they let him keep the case, refunded his money and gave him a $5 gift card. I ordered bamboo crochet hooks and they came a little late and they gave me a $5 gift card that I used towards knitting needles I got for free. I've also bought a bracelet and earrings and both were great quality. I have only had 2 items not show up and both were refunded with no problems. My suggestions are if you are going to use wish:
*read all store reviews and item reviews. If it doesn't have 4stars or more don't buy
*read the entire listing for shipping and product info (some people get upset because they don't receive what they expect because they don't read the entire listing)
*never go by size of item in pictures unless its customer submitted pictures (some items in pictures look way bigger than they actually are)
*always use Paypal or Prepaid card when ordering (this should be a given for ordering anything online anyways)
*if you do need to request a refund for not receiving item they make you at least wait 21 days. After 21 days they will ask you to wait an additional 5 days. As soon as the wait time is up email them again. I've always gotten my money back from wish. If you pay with PayPal then that's extra security BC paypal will also help you get your money back.
* there are some good sellers and there are some bad sellersnon wish. But you just have to keep your eyes open. Read all reviews it will let you know if it is a good store or bad store. If the store has very few reviews DO NOT BUY. I bought from one once and that is the only time i dealt with a bad seller but wish refunded my money.

NO! Emphatically NO! They never honor their prices, never! I wanted to order and even did, about $300+ of purchases fortunately it was before the transaction could go through, and I went to item details, and for some items that were advertised for say $2.95, they were actually charging my CC $56+, they are super big time thieves and poor quality products with outrageous shipping costs, that you would pay for expedited shipping elsewhere in their case, it takes an average of 3 months to get your item.

I am now topping £800 in orders... the largest item was a Tenner saxophone plus Flight case at just £315... cost here about £4,000 it was excellent case and all... out of the other 60 plus items, 88% arrived before time, 2 got lost in the post and immediately refunded, and one a mobile phone at £29 had problem with sim card and that was refunded, and kept the phone! So no problems here, as for being genuine 100%, i have had really fantastic bargains, i ordered several FREE watches all perfect, (only comment is the ladies watches are too large for most ladies) Best VALUE = the Saxophone, as for the gents watches got a huge choice to wear, and exceptional value... ALL this is the honest truth, my job is a consumer legal advisor so if any was not right or indeed the company they would have a big problem to deal with me...

I ordered 3 different items from 3 different vendors and didn't receive any of the items and it took from august when I ordered them until december to recieve a refund after emailing over and over and telling them that I had not recieved a refund like they kept saying. However my aunt says she has recieved her items- they aren't super high quality but she hasn't had any issues. I would say shop at your own risk as for me I won't use them

YES! I have ordered over 50 things and never had a problem. As an example, recently, I ordered a $75 purse which came and was quite nice. Took me about 6 weeks to start using it, and the after 10 days the zipper broke. It was my first defective item from Wish. Took a picture of the zipper open on either side of the zipper pull to show it was obviously broken. Submitted refund request at 5:00 EST and received notification of a refund within an hour! Didn't even have to send it back.
