I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.

I am 3x plus size woman. 3x is a different size depending what country your clothing is coming from. The material is overly dyed and has stained the white plastic on my toilet seat and lid, the edges of my kitchen counters, my white painted vanity doors where my knees touch/rub the doors and inside of my clothes dryer is turning blue. The agitator of my top loading washer always has dye streaks after washing my clothing even in cold water and using Woolite gentle detergent. The tops are shapeless and thy pill quickly, the pants are poorly fitted. If I put the waist band of my petite pants on my waist the crotch hangs down to my knees.

I have also been charged 16.95 a month for over a year without my authorization and without an explanation as to what it is for. With each purchase I made I never received an e-mail notification of any of the purchases and their total amounts nor was I e-mails a tracking number so I could tell when my order would arrive at my home. There were no receipts with the purchases that listed the prices of the clothing or my totals. their computer payment system is not set up to accept gift cards.

Poor customer service! I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago. Everything I ordered was in a size Large. Their large sizes are actually 18/20 which swallowed me. I am in the process now of returning most of the items I ordered. They advertise a "One Stop" return process where there's no shipping charge, you simply take to the One Stop location and they handle the rest. They advertise an immediate refund. The inexperienced service rep advised me that I needed to take my package to the USPS and have them return it. I asked about the One Stop, preferably UPS and she told me that I would have to pay shipping if returning by UPS. Further, I would have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get my refund. Their enclosed card with the magazine does not indicate this. The rep failed to give me the correct location for using the One Stop method of returning the items, and insisted that I go to the post office. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service that I received and the delay that will be caused because I was not given the correct information. I had even agreed to accept an E-gift card although I would have preferred getting a check for the full amount of my return. I am going to complain to their Corporate Office about this misinformation and request a refund immediately, as promised.

I ordered a coat. It was at least a size too big compared to the label. Returned and got $50 back from an $80 purchase. In the end with interest on a restocking fee, I paid $57 for nothing. After calling, cancelling card and paying off a balance for nothing, I got another bill for $2 and a $9 charge to pay that off or get a $40 late fee. They had already cancelled the account so could not pay online.
Unbelievably incompetent company with customer service call center people who speak such poor English I could not understand anything said. What a horrible company to deal with!

I have been ordering clothing from Woman Within for the last 15 years, but I am done with this company due to shady practices. I ordered three t-shirts that are advertised as 100% cotton. These are the same shirts I have been ordering for years. They are now 60% cotton/40% polyester, and they are rough like sandpaper! The sizing tag that is sewn into the side is usually made of soft nylon, and now it is made of plastic. If you cut the tag off, you have to sew the side of the shirt, since it is sewn into the seam. I will be donating two of the shirts now, since they have already been washed. The third one that was returned was charged a return fee of $9.99, even though the item was falsely advertised. Customer service is absolutely worthless! There should be some class action suit against a company that lies about their product and has such a shady return policy. They will no longer get any money from me!

The operator admitted on the phone that the pants I ordered were described as "pure cotton" in the catalog but were actually 90% polyester/10% nylon, that it was a "misprint", but they took no responsibility. She flatly refused to give me her name or pass me to a supervisor. What a waste of time and money.

I ordered from Woman Within in February. I was just balancing my bank account and noticed a $16.95 deduction for Woman Within. When I checked the website, found an "order" that only listed the $16.95 charge. Said confirmation emailed to "NULL". When I called they said I joined a Rewards Program and have been charged $16.95 a month since March. When I click on rewards on my account it asks me to join! This is unacceptable. I also found attached post from 2021.

Ordered two pair pants both size 14/16 petite. One waist too tight one waist way too loose. One leg length ok; other leg length about 5 in longer--too long & length from waist to crotch too long. Material quality not best. When I went to account to return today, that order did not appear on my account. Their merchandise quality is mediocre at best, and overpriced at that, IMO. I agree with others as to their shipping and return fees being quite ridiculous. I ordered a pair of shoes. Woman Within, then, started billing me $18.05 monthly for a … what? A membership to their rewards program? Who in their right mind would pay to be in a loyalty program? I never signed up for this! I call to get help and because I don't know the fake address given to my supposed 'account ', the woman on the Membership rewards phone line hung up on me saying that there is nothing she can do if I cannot tell her the address on the account! How the heck would I know this? I never bought the 'rewards program membership', to begin with! I gave her all my real info. And because my real address didn't match what she had, she said she won't help me. What the heck?!
Whatever you do, don't buy from Woman Within!
And if anyone from the company is reading this, I want my money back! All $84.75!

I didn’t . I am being fraudulently charged for a rewards program membership that I never signed up for. Who would??? The very idea of it makes no sense. Would you pay for an airline loyalty program? Of course not. Loyalty rewards should be the company paying to you! Not the other way around.
And, when I called the Woman Within loyalty phone number, the woman on the phone said she wouldn’t speak to me because I couldn’t give her the address listed on the membership. I gave her mine but that ‘wasn’t the correct address’. Of course I can’t!! I never signed up for this, to begin with!! So, I am not only out the money they have been charging me, I can’t stop them from doing this to me … or you… in the future.

I purchased two boots from June + Vie, a brand within the WomanWithin company, the Whitley & Azalia wide calf boots. They felt plastic, with fake heels, stiff uncomfortable "leather" and zippers that were glued on. It was shocking how awful they were given how beautiful they appeared online. Perhaps June + Vie should spend their customers' money on their production quality versus photo shoots. Such poor quality at this price point is criminal. I would not take them even if the company was giving them away for free. Also, I submitted a review on the website eight months ago that was never posted, suspect.

The Returns agent and process were seamless and the only positive factor of my experience. Also, please be very weary of any of the brands under the umbrella of this company. Especially for wide-calf customers, the boots were anything but!

Because we are going on a trip next month I decided to order some things from this site. It's going on 3 weeks now and I have not received anything! I have ordered things in the past and ended up sending them all back due to quality issues. The shipping charges are excessive, I think, and as other reviews have stated there is no relief if you spend a certain amount. It's just what they charge and you have to pay it. I'm hoping the items I ordered won't be junk that I will have to return at a loss. I swore I would never order from this site again but as another review pointed out plus size clothing is hard to find. Never again.

I just bought 2 Catherine's Brad from them. The front strap broke loose the second time I wore it. $55 for it. I had to sew it up at work. When I let them know, all I got back was a form email saying they inspect everything before it is shipped. First and last time I will buy from them.

This company is all about selling and $#*! the customer and their experience. They do not follow their own expectations and if you express your dissatisfaction you are then targeted to be ripped off and ignored when trying to get your refund. My bank had to get involved to get my return money processed. The worst company I have experienced in a 20 years and will never order from them or any of their parent companies.

Don't buy anything from this company. They appear to be a scam. I spent approximately $152.00 for nothing. I did not get the order and they won't give me my money back. I ordered and paid for it through PayPal who can do nothing because it is showing the order was delivered according to their response from Woman Within. There is no picture taken of the place where the order was delivered. I can't even confirm if they sent my order at all. When I finally contacted them after waiting an excessive amount of time to receive my order, they appeared to not be concerned. They said they would send me an affidavit which would take approximately 10 days which;never came. They finally sent one by email and when I followed up on my submission, the said they were working on it and then nothing. Not a word from them. It looks like I am out of this money. Their products look good in the magazines; but, it is probably all a hoax.

These people are awful. They change the price from what is online. My dress is 84.99 and you click on it and they raised it to 129.00. Customer service is awful. I put a picture down there than once you click on those the price raises. And then it would've cost me $35 just to have my dress shipped to me that's ridiculous. Definitely going somewhere else

I ordered 10 t-shirts for $4.99 each on May 19,2023. Plus shipping and tax, the total was $69.29. I received 2 shirts in May, 6 shirts at the end of June, 2 on 9/5 and the last on 9/18. I was charged $86.36. After a call to customer service, they offered a gift card refund. I told them to credit it back to my card (not their's). It has finally gone through. Overall the quality was good but the backorder and overcharge have me convinced to never shop here again.
