on 9/20/19Scam. Sells faulty machines. I believe that when xoticpc discovers they have a broken or faulty laptop, sells the product to the consumer anyways, asking THEM to do an RMA instead of performing any quality control whatsoever
Scam company. Undercuts customers by sending cheaper parts than ordered. For example, they often sell Sata SSDs as NVME drives, and 1080p laptops as 2k.
GO to a different company for a prebuilt. They sold me a lemon and made me pay 150 for shipping it only to not fix the issue
Yes. They're a garbage company who treat their customers like trash and their employees even worse!
