Why am i not able to log into my account that has about 500 yerdle dollars on it. i received an email on 11/6/2016 and another one on 10/16/2016 resetting my password. what will you do to rectify this matter for me?

I have an account which i cannot access, i keep getting this message: 'error. a server with the specified hostname could not be found'. on november 4th i received one email subject was: we're waiving service fees. prior to that on october 16th i received an email subject was: reset yerdle password. i'm beginning to wonder if maybe someone else got into my account. i know i had about 500 points so i need some help getting back into my account.
