on 6/4/19If you do get through you won't get your problem solved. All you get is it has been raised with the depot, but you still don't get your parcel. Don't even bother with contacting the driver they never answer their phone and they never respond to messages.
Impossible. Forty plus minute wait times in the calls, the chats are about an hour of the same cut and paste response to any question, the twitter.and emails to unanswered. For days
Impossible, you can only 'chat' with a bod on line. Seems like they make up answers, even they cant speak to ahuman at the depot, at least that's what one of them told me. Don't know if it's true as others made up lies
Just about impossible. You can reschedule delivery online, as I did on the first occasion, but the driver still failed to locate my street despite it being clearly signed.
