Legit but very bad communications with both sender and recipient
Yodel is clearly a legitimate company but hopeless, in my experience.
It's a legit company in that it's a company that exists. It's not one I would recommend - even on the TrustPilot page you can see one in four customers are eating it one star and not getting their packages, and that's with a bunch of frame and paid for five star reviews artificially bumping up their ratings,
