Anthony C is right. Yodle tells you that they will be using their own number for your business for tracking purposes. However, when you leave they own the number. It is the same for the website. It is a total nightmare to fix this in the business listings [yahoo, google, etc] IF you decide to leave Yodle. Also, I would recommend other websites. Please read my review for details.
For me it did not work, and the web site they set up is very generic and when you leave them, yo do not own the web site. They change your phone number and again if you leave, you do not own the phone number. My recommendation is to find another company.
I cant answer that as we did not hire them. Their rep was not helpful in overcoming my objections or answering my questions.
