I cant say cause I never receive my order. Nor did I receive a refund. I did get several excuses about waiting and being patient and coming from China. That was last September 2015.

There is nothing true to anything on this site. The sizes are all extremely small, the clothes are made of paper, the clothes don't look anything like the pictures on the website ( they use free people pictures) and you will not even receive what you ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL!

No they are not true to American size. I wear an xs to s and I ordered mediums and larges. Check out the measurements before you order. They are true and will greatly help you with what size to order.

Run do not order. This company is a scam. You will not be satisfied yet you will never see your money. They do not even have any labels that are required by US laws. Labels should state size, washing instructions & the textiles in the material. Please look elsewhere.

No they are not. I'm an American sz Small and ordered a large and it was STILL too small. Plus when I received the item it was torn and they refused to refund me. Not only that, the clothes I received looked NOTHING like the pictures. They were cheap imitations of the clothing... Just take a look at the uploaded pictures on this site! Please avoid them if you can, I wished someone told me about them before I bought anything from them.

No not only are they not true to size when they came they had threads hanging out is if they had just been Psalm together. The quality of the material is extremely cheap. It does not look at all like the pictures when you receive the merchandise.

No they're not. Usually, it's 2 sizes up. I'm a M in US size and I typically order a XL. Follow the size chart, it proves to be very accurate.

From the UK I ordered an Extra Large and got a miniscule dress that wouldn't even fit my size 10 daughter!

I am a size 10-12 UK. I ordered d dress in a large. It fits well. Even if I had ordered a medium it would still fit. But maybe it depends on the style of whatever you ordering. Try 1 size bigger just to be safe. Good luck

I am not sure about American size but the measurement were correct if u look at size chart.

I like most of the things I've ordered. Order one size up and you should be fine. I'm a US small and order medium and most have fit. Swimsuits not so much. I don't know why people say it's a scam. I've gotten a ton of stuff from here and loved 90% of it.
