Most screwed up company you could order from -- a joke-- nice clothes but don't look like the pictures. I have received 3 of the SAME garment over the past 2 months. Paid for one.! They are crazy.! They just keep sending more of the same item. They won't be in business long by giving away so many clothes -- LOL -- If you make any complaint they offer your money back, but you can't get their website to open, to get it. Big scam to make them look like good guys.
I haven't experienced anything credit wise, this was my first time using the site. They definitely have a fishy way of doing things. Like when they saw my review they emailed me asking me to remove it and if I did they 'will give me a little gift!' And when I didn't they hacked into my account and left a positive review under my name, which I got an email for.
They're clothes are very poorly made, so I wouldn't even bother.
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from zaful.com but if you must, definately don't give your credit card details, pay via PayPal. That way when your items arrive, if at all you can get your money back as they will be nothing like the description or image that you purchased from. Good luck!
Go with the majority! The answer is NO! I am in a dispute with them! I'm working thru Paypal but I don't hold my breath. Zaful aka IVAN says I am suppose to return the fefective items back to CHINA at my expense! If I don't want to do that they will offer me a mear pittance of what I spent and I can keep the items. Like I said, they're taking your hard earned American money and laughing all the way to the bank!
No, as the others have said the whole company is a big scam. If your looking for a refund or something, I don't think they will go in to your bank account and actually steal your money but they steal your money by tricking you into thinking that A: you are getting some decent looking clothes, B: that the sizes will be even remotely accurate and C: that your going to get your items within weeks, it doesn't, it takes months and if they actually refunded everyone that complained about what they recieved they would be in the negative. I just took a wash on the whole thing. I got two total pieces of crap that didn't fit and we're so horrible looking if I actually wore them I'd be embarrassed. Just cut your losses and don't deal with them anymore.
NO! Their merchandise is so cheap and sizes run ridiculously small... when trying to return and get a refund you have to submit pictures and several explanations on why you are returning it. After making several complaints and reporting them to the BBB, AND jumping through all their ridiculous hoops, I got a refund in about 45 days. Not worth your time, money or energy.
I wouldn't send them any credit into. That would imply you are buying something and the merchandize is substandard. The sizes are incompatible with American sizing and the samples they advertise are not what you will receive. The clothes look full and flowing but it's a bait and switch. Nice samples and poor actual merchandize.
Stay far, far away from this site! That is the best thing I can tell you to do. Do not buy anything from them! I just went through hell trying to deal with their "customer service" after my sweater came torn and the other sweater came looking nothing like what was pictured and was super small. When I tried to get a refund they asked me to send pics so I did. Their website is a joke to navigate because of all the error messages! It took forever for the site to accept the picture. Then they sent me a msg 2 days later saying "we need pics with you showing us the actual measurement with a measuring tape in the picture so that if this is really our mistake, then we'd give a refund." (all of this was in broken English of course) ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Did they completely ignore the fact that they FALSELY advertised their crap products?! And then make me prove to them that I deserve a refund while being lied to?! You're dreaming ZAFUL! I'm surprised PayPal hasnt flagged that company as a scam yet! And another thing, I'm pretty certain all these "positive" answers are fake too. I wouldn't even look at the reviews on their clothing site because those are fake too. I have given negative reviews on the sweaters I bought and none of them have been posted. Instead, all I see are fake positive reviews with broken English raving about how "amazing" their clothing are. Please save yourself the trouble and go to forever 21 or something, it's so not worth the headache shopping on ZAFUL.
I don't get it. I've ordered from them twice now and have gotten exactly what I wanted. Maybe if you aren't a savvy internet shopper and know what to expect from Chinese merchandise you won't think is so bad. It's the same quality youd get off ebay and amazon. I've always had my things arrive, the tracking numbers wirked great, no issues with credit card info etc. I just can't understand how 90% of people say this place is awful or scam when they aren't in my experience.
I have ordered once and it went well. I ordered 4 items. My items came in two different shipments. After I received the first I contacted them about my other items. I was told they were popular items and we're back ordered. They offered me credit but I decided to wait. I received them a few weeks later. They are good clothes. They are inexpensive so they are not the best quality. You do get what you pay for. To me the quality is that of forever 21. You will have it for a year or two and then it will be out of style or falling apart. Sizes are small. I normally wear a small hoodie so I ordered large and it fits well. I think all in all it's an ok company with some cute however inexpensive clothes and shoes. I would order again from them but I would also say just go to forever 21 and shop. There you can try them on and know if you really like then. With Zaful if you don't like it or it doesn't fit your out of luck. It will cost you more to ship it back for a refund than just cutting your loses.
I have ordered from Zaful four times without any issues. Once one of the pieces I ordered was back logged they offered me a credit but I decided to wait it out. It came and I was happy I waited. Never had any issues with customer service. I say use Paypal when ordering from any website, that way you can get your money back from Paypal. Or Google Trust.
I've ordered twice from zaful.com. I left a positive review for them as they asked me to review how my orders went. Both times I ordered jackets. Both times I was happy with the style. I get compliments on both. Shipping time was reasonable. You must order at least two sizes up. These are asian sizes. The site does have a size conversion. Pay attention to that. They are not a scam, but u have to know what you're doing when u shop there. Pay attention to shipping/processing times. They are not the same for every item. I'd advise not to buy pants. Only tops, jackets and dresses and know your size/shape well and how cretain maerials fit on you. Also, the clothes are inexpensive. Realize you will get what you pay for as with anything, so don't expect extremely high quality for $20 or $30.
