on 6/6/16The email response was quick. However, once I sent the info they requested it was quite a wait and the next email from them asked the same questions. I ended up calling and was on hold for over an hour. Yes, seriously! Over an hour. I can't dispute the products seem quality but the customer service needs some work.
They answered me within 24 hours. Because Zazzle works with different businesses, they couldn't "redo" my order, but they did give me a FULL credit for what I had purchased to put toward the larger item I thought I was getting.
So, I had to "redo" the purchase myself, but I was given credit for my previous purchase. Never had a problem with Zazzle. They've always been VERY customer friendly.
They respond with unclear or incorrect information while customers are in dire suspense. It was very real emotional upheaval for me as an international purchaser for my wedding invitation cards. They replied very quickly here, pretending that they would email (which they did) to assist (which they didn't in any way).
It took less than 24 hrs for me! Plus they fixed the issue by resetting it and letting me do it over online. They were great. I use them often at work for tons of different things from banners to small party invitations! (No I am not on their payroll NOR do I get a discount for sharing!) I do, however appreciate help with matters that reflect on an individual at work!
