They will respond to complaints on this site immediately in order to make themselves look good; Otherwise, you will need to send a string of emails threatening them with possible legal action before they will ever respond.

If it's a problem, you may never get a response to email. This was the case for the two items I purchased (with problems). Use the telephone - you may get an answer after a long hold time.
You will get an automatic response quickly. Then a response asking you to call them. Which of course leads to you being on hold for a very long time. They never communicate through email. It's just a vicious cycle of poor customer service
About 3 days but then nothing happens. Best to avoid them completely in the future. I had to contact them a few times.
They never responded to my e-mail. I had to wait over half an hour to talk to someone at customer service on the telephone. My conclusion is they have terrible customer service
The email response was quick. However, once I sent the info they requested it was quite a wait and the next email from them asked the same questions. I ended up calling and was on hold for over an hour. Yes, seriously! Over an hour. I can't dispute the products seem quality but the customer service needs some work.
They answered me within 24 hours. Because Zazzle works with different businesses, they couldn't "redo" my order, but they did give me a FULL credit for what I had purchased to put toward the larger item I thought I was getting.
So, I had to "redo" the purchase myself, but I was given credit for my previous purchase. Never had a problem with Zazzle. They've always been VERY customer friendly.
If you write a bad review of the product you bought --1 star-- and complain abut them not responding to your email (and offer to fix the review if they resolve your issue) things happen quickly
They respond with unclear or incorrect information while customers are in dire suspense. It was very real emotional upheaval for me as an international purchaser for my wedding invitation cards. They replied very quickly here, pretending that they would email (which they did) to assist (which they didn't in any way).
Quickly... a day or so.
The staff is quick to return calls, like the next day excluding weekends, as they do not work on weekends. I do not believe I ever emailed them, but they go overboard to help you and make good for anything that is wrong.
It didn't take long at all for Zazzle to respond. Less than a day.
I have not had to contact them so I cannot say how long. Sorry!
It took less than 24 hrs for me! Plus they fixed the issue by resetting it and letting me do it over online. They were great. I use them often at work for tons of different things from banners to small party invitations! (No I am not on their payroll NOR do I get a discount for sharing!) I do, however appreciate help with matters that reflect on an individual at work!
They answered me right away and their return policy is wonderful. No questions and didn't have to return unwanted item. Every company should be so responsive!
