I've ordered an intuo3 Wacom tablet from their site. Katrin from customer service says she's having trouble with the warehosue guys. Hmmm... Now she's trying to pass off another piece of kit. The big phone number shown on their site is, er, actually a fax line. It's near two weeks since I made my order. AVOID THIS COMPANY - it is badly run and there's little or no contact. Bunch of scammers. Hope they get the rough arm of the law on them all!
