Screen shot showing VISA number: for refund department. This charge was done twice to same VISA card -- Oct 16 and March 16. I now have a different VISA card number --if you need that I can provide. I have only EVER placed one order and I love the items, but this issue of double charging has not wanted me or my friends to want to buy from Zulily in the future.

Can we get this refunded this week....? This customer service issue is taking a ridiculously long time...
