How do I know if a return I sent has been credited? It was received on your end on June 17th.

Evelyn N, Zulily does not take returns unless the item is damaged and my experience has been, they don't want it back. They say, if it is damaged don't return it. Just dispose of it as you see fit and they will refund your money. The only way I have known I have really gotten my refund is to keep checking my credit card records online.
You really must stay on top of your bank records, if you plan on doing business with them. They have tried to recharge me for a $123.00 order six months after I received it, saying I was never charged for the items, but I had been piece by piece as it came to me.

A good thing to do before placing an order (with Zulily or any other company) is to make sure items are available for returns. I've noticed most clothing items are not.

By the time I received my order the return date had passed. So I ended up donating most of my order to Our local second hand store due to the fact the clothing was made not to my body type. Blouses ran short... Never ordered again.

The refund for EACH item posted in my bank acoount within 5 days. Now I have to go through and make sure it adds up because Zulily attempted to keep the shipping charge until a called them out on it. Its the oddest business I've ever dealt with. NEVER AGAIN. Make sure you understand the shipping timeframe ad refund policy.

I tried to return once an item and they don't take returns. From what I hear, even when you return it, you will never see the money again. I will never order again from Zulily.

From my experience one of their representatives that I spoke with over the phone advised me to give the item to charity and that they would refund my cost of the item. Well, it's been 6 months and I never received anything! I wish you luck.

Sorry, I do not know. I know they will only refund you a portion of what you invested, with the excuse that they cannot sell it now and a huge restocking fee. So sorry you, too, where scammed.

Most items on this site are final sales, no returns. So you may take a risk for everything you ordered. Over half of the items I ordered from this site don't like pictures showed and I stuck with them.

They should credit first and give you a certain number of days to return. Contact their customer service
