on 8/6/16I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.
Hi Debra, it depends where your shoes are coming from.Ive bought enough shoes from Zulily to know that a size 7 are made bigger, or smaller depending where there coming from.Ive gotten a few pair that were a little bigger but never smaller. Check out where your shoes are coming from, if you do have a problem once you've received them(ex too big)call their customer service they may send you a new pair or credit you.Ive been along time customer for that reason, their customer service is great. I hope this helped a little.
Yes, shoes run very small. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 9 in a sandal, because I knew there was probably gonna be an issue, and my toes still hung over the tops. Very rarely is anything legit. I got Skechers from Zulily and after wearing for a few months they started shredding & falling apart & I contacted Skechers (cause I knew Zulily would not stand behind their sale) and Skechers refused the warranty them because of where they were purchased: Zulily. The 'name brands' they sell are knockoffs.
It depends on the brand. Check out the sizing chart. If you're not sure what your feet size is, I recommend getting it sized at a brick-and-mortar store where you find out how many inches or cm your feet length is. Then check it against the size chart listed and get the size that's the bigger of your 2 feet. When you shop Zulily, you have to know your size well in inches. I often buy different sizes based off their listed charts, and have not come across many errors. When I do, I petition hard with customer service and sometimes, they may allow an unworn item to be returned, but don't bet on it. If you have wide or narrow feet or you tend to have trouble finding comfortable shoes even when you go to a store in your local town, I would say, don't bother buying it through Zulily as you may end up being disappointed. As someone else mentioned: sometimes it's available for you to choose to buy it through the brand website instead (maybe a tad more expensive, maybe not) and typically you have the option to return.
I don't know about shoes. I only know I would never order something like shoes online as I have wide feet and I'm a size 10 which can be tricky to find comfortable footwear at that size. Of course it's your choice but do keep in mind clothes can be easily altered, shoes, not so much.
If you do order anything online find out what the return policy is and make sure you have plenty of time to return your items because some of these stores get their stuff from outside North America and that can become a lengthy and complicated process. Basically, just be smart about making those purchases and get the info needed BEFORE buying. That's all I have to say.
Good luck in your shopping adventures!
I've only ordered from them once and never again. Keep in mind that you can not return them. Get the name of the ones you like and look on the internet as you probably could find the same thing and maybe even cheaper and a place where you can return items if they don't fit. I don't have money to throw away and absolutely was conned out of $50.00 bucks or so with their fraudulent advertising. Have not ordered their shoes!
I haven't bought shoes from them, and had bad experiences with clothing. Shoes are risky because of the no return policy. If it's a brand you know and are familiar with the sizing, perhaps have tried them on somewhere, then you might be good to go. I agree with others about going to Amazon or even Zappos where you'll even get free returns and can order a couple sizes to get the best fit.
Never ordered shoes from them before although I did love the cowboys boots they had, It also depends on name brand as well, but as far as clothing always check the size chartband take it from there, I find it to be very accurate, hope I was help to your question, and good luck with your purchase, I'd go for it!
The size charts are helpful. Each brand or style shoe should have a size chart that shows measurements in inches. I took a pair of my own shoes and measured just to be sure. I've ordered several shoes and found an 8 1/2 is pretty consistently 9.75 inches so I now know to adjust to that depending in the chart provided. When in doubt I have also Googled the specific product. I've found more details, reviews and even confirmed I'm getting a good deal this way. Good luck!
I have only ordered shoes once. A boot style with a heel. I went by the sizing instructions and I am very happy with them. I agree that it has a lot to do with the style and designer. Read carefully
Sorry I'm not to versed in the shoe area. Happy shopping. Oh customer service is amazing you could give them a call on the product as well
I have found that most run true to size but make sure you check the size chart always which is located beneath the photo typically on the bottom left hand corner. And if for whatever reason they don't fit upon receiving them, call customer service explain your situation and most likely they will send you a new pair and you don't have to worry about shipping off the original pair because they don't take returns. Best of luck!
From my experience only one pair out of ten. Make sure you look at the brand of shoe to make sure it's right. Doc Martin's run big naturally, witch has bin my own buying on shoebuy.com, it's true here too. But others are good.
