on 9/8/15Each item you order lists how many more are available. When that number reaches zero, Zulily places an order with manufacturer. It could take months before they place their order. It could be on backorder at the manufacturer so that would add even more time. The only thing you can do right now is call customer service to find out what the holdup is. Also, were you aware that if you don't like your items or if they don't fit (very likely), you're stuck... you can't return anything! This place is a ripoff!
You won't get any tracking number until they finally ship the product. I think your order is still in transit. You can check it by going to "my orders" option
I didn't get a tracking number for weeks later when they finally shipped the merchandise.
Try contacting customer service! They have done well by me!
I ordered boots they took almost two months to come they call it snail mail good luck.
I can only repeat what others have said. If you can't track via My Account etc., call customer service. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient and eager to help. I enjoy shopping with Zulily. Marian Henry
I ordered for Christmas " guaranteed Christmas delivery" until 5 pm Christmas eve. Seriously! I even contacted them to make sure I was getting it... Ordered from amazon the day after and got it in 2 days... With in a few dollars of the same price! NEVER got my order, refunded my money after months... Months of broken promise!
Zulily is really slow when it comes to delivering packages. Mine took three weeks for two tops. One of them was too small and the other had a bad dye job, but Zulily has a policy of no returns.
I bought from this company in August. I did receive an email. However when I wanted to check on the delivery of my items, the phone number listed had been disconnected. Looking further into this, the items I did order and pay for where never available for me to buy. Yet it shows them being delivered to this company at some point. I believe it's fake. When I emailed I got no replies back. So if a company takes your money for something it doesn't have, the phone number is disconnected, and emails are not answered? I believe it's fraud. So I stopped the order through my credit card. I found nothing quick or anyone to talk to. Good Luck

They don't ship it immediately. If you check under 'My orders' of Zulily, you'll see an approximate shipping date. That's when they send the shipping details once it is shipped out. Shipping is not immediate.
If you call customer service, they might mark your item shipped the same day, which is rather miraculous, but it happened to me, after waiting 4 weeks for them to come... then, when my FOUR dresses finally came, they were torn, dirty and ill-shaped rags that I had to throw away! Stay away from this site! It's a waste of time and hard earned money... no returns!
Call/email customer service if you don't have a tracking after a month. It's quite possible they allowed an order to go through without sufficient inventory. It happened to me twice. Really maddening.
You won't get them before October. Maybe November. And there's a good chance you won't like them when they do arrive, but no returns.
This is another reason why I would never order from them again. I would try to contact their customer service for answers. Good luck!
You will get an email in about 2-4 weeks with a tracking number, it's takin 7 weeks to get my stuff
This company ships items when they have them in stock- and they may ship them to the wrong place. If you are counting on receiving the item, better try a different site

Hi... like some people wrote before they don't ship immediately because they order in bulk. I've order quite a few things from them and have no complaints. All my orders have been delivered accordingly - the only setback for this marvelous company is the delivery time line. The products are pretty much exacltly what is written on the descriptions. Hope this helps.
Go into My Account, then Orders. Go into Shipping Status and it should have a tracking number. If not, send customer service an email. They are quick to answer back and pleasant to talk to. They always make it right! :)
