Majorie H is correct. If you customer service they will be more then happy to help you. If the item was non returnable then the item will have that somewhere on the item page or your order page and they do subtract the $8.95 shipping fee from your credit balance. They are super easy to talk to and they want to take care of their customers.

Call them and ask why. Did it state it was not returnable and they do charge $8.95 to return 1-5 items.
