I ordered a couple of items thinking that I would pay 20% LESS. When I placed the order I found no place to enter the coupon #. The order went through before I could stop it. This is no huge deal except that I wrote immediately and have received the most rude email, including "You didn't apply the discount". Yes, I know, that's why I wrote, there seemed to be no place to apply it. I only hope I like these items if, indeed, I ever get them. NEVER Again!! Being rude to people making legitimate inquiries does not endear customers to you, Zulily.
