They do refunds, exchanges and do a wonderful job communicated With you by phone or via email & they get back to you right away! How do I know this? Well I will admit it took maybe 3 purchases before I got my size down and I purchased 2-3 items at a time and only 1 didn't fit BUT they DID work with me and I was more then satisfied with the outcome
I am not sure why zulily has so many 1 star reviews. They offer great prices and u get what u pay for. If u buy something for $5 you get something that costs $5. I order from them all the time for my 3 yr old son. In my experience you need to order from brands that you are familiar with. If u know the brand then you know what you are getting. If you decide to order a brand that you are not familiar with then run the risk because you dont know how that brand makes their products. Hope this helps.
Unfortunately they don't accept returns. I've found their sizing to be inconsistent too. My advice is to only order brands you are familiar with so there are no sizing surprises.
Double check the brand. Some just seem to run big (vanity sizing).
The unfortunate part is the sizing is all over the chart I'm small as we'll the dresses I ordered did not fit plus we're late I tried cancelling but no luck with that they sent them. Plus the material was very thin did not hang right I had to make adjustments myself. Never ever order from them again. EVER
Unfortunately that is one of the risks you take when you order from them. The size chart does not correlate with the item you are purchasing. This is what happened to me on more than one occasion. This along with a few other negative experiences I had with this website I am no longer purchasing from them.
I ordered pantyhose that were from a manufacturer I usually buy from in the size I usually buy. When they arrived from Zulilly they were 2 sizes larger than normal. Do the math. They are seconds that the manufacturer won't sell. Because of the no return policy you are now stuck with useless goods.
I only ordered once and I will never do it again. I ordered plus sizes and found them to be so wrong. I even went up a size based on zulilys chart. And my boons still didn't fit into the dress. Many people have problems with the sizing. It seems to be a hit or miss. I really don't like that I can't return anything either.
It depends on the brand you are buying. I would never follow the size chart of zulilly who is just the middle man. I would reccomend looking up the sizing chart of that brand or googling it and seeing if it is true to size. Some brands run larger or smaller than others.
I don't feel that I can answer your question because I'm still waiting to see what the items look like! It's been two weeks now... they aren't even close to shipping. Stay with Amazon. Great customer service and return policy.
