My separate orders were bundled together and shipped Jan 16 2017. Tracking has them out of customs Jan 20 but nothing since then.
Different emails from customer service one saying items lost another saying still in Australian customs. PO says order is in Sydney.
Order worth a few hundreds of dollars so I am very annoyed.
Where is my order?
