If I had known the items were from China I would never have ordered. This site is a scam. Stay away from this. In addition to have to wait more than 3 months for the item it was too small (not sized for America) and I gave it away. Horrible experience, not up front with information about shipping, expected receiving dates, and the fact it has to come from China. BEWARE.

In my case I was told by a manager at the company they would refund because my purchase was not as described and sizing was way off. I never received my refund and I will not take a chance ordering from them again. I am glad that some ppl didn't have a negative experience with this company but, I along with many others did not fare as well.

Agree with Karen. With my experience, it has supplier or dealer in China who is shipping directly to the customer after getting order from Zuilily

No returns. What you order is what you get. I would not order from that site ever again. Pics look pretty, but in actuality, you get something made from China or somewhere else. Sizes are not true.

Not all items are eligible for return. Check the item description before ordering. Zulily is usually petit good about returns. On some items you will only be able to receive a store credit.

I bought some name brand pantyhose they were way bigger than the stated size. They were obviously rejects from the manufacturer. They denied my return stating due to the intimate nature of them. I had told them that 4 of the six pair were unopened and would take the refund on those only. They still would not oblige. I then filed a clam with the Better Business Beaurau. I did eventually receive the refund then.

Returns are rarely allowed. My item was described and pictured as wood (even on the box), but I received poor quality, stained press board instead. They wouldn't give me a refund. They only gave me store credit for the cost of the item, and wouldn't refund or credit shipping costs even though they were clearly at fault. I used up my store credit on something I didn't really want or need and would never order from them again.

I had a problem receiving a broken necklace. They replaced it for free but told me to keep the broken one. I have never had a problem ordering from zulilly. You can't beat their prices. You can't make returns but they will often replace. One of the reasons why you get a great discount.

Like Karen said there are no returns. I had to call twice on boots that I bought. Each time I was told to donate the item and they gave me my money back. Customer service was very nice and very understanding which made it a lot better. You wait such a long time to get your order and then it comes with something wrong with it and that sucks but for me it all worked out in the end...

I don't agree with Karen H. You cannot state that everything is made in China and that sizes are not true because they offer a variety of items from many different brands. They always provide a size guide for clothing and shoes, but I often check the brand's site, if they have a website, to further verify sizing. As I wrote originally, you have to know how to buy items online. When in doubt, don't buy. If it's deeply discounted, I just take a chance and have the item tailored if necessary. You can't make sweeping statements about a company that sells a vast selection of brands, each with their own variation of sizes (some items are European and are offered in Euro sizes).
