Zulily customer service/ I purchased a Power Bank, call them regarding the incomplete order they said no problem we will send you out another (no manual, cords?) heard seen nothing? Maybe the holiday rush or what to you think? Thank you

I never re I even my order either after over a month and had to cancel. I will never order from them again.

Call in and take down name of person speaking to also check the shipping status and call back if it seems too long because you should see movement or get email almost immediately.

I never got most of the stuff I ordered (5 months ago). Nothing was as pictured - horrible quality, nothing fits right - I'd never order form them or their other companies again.

If I were you I would cancel the order and tell them you want a refund. Holiday aside, it takes about 3-4 weeks to receive a paid-for item under 'normal' non-holidays for a majority of their items (to the USA). Can well imagine how long during holidays. Personally, it's my belief the items are shipped in directly from China which accounts for the long delivery period since the delivery time (3-4 weeks) is what it takes for China post to get to the US. Sorry but that's been my experience as a (former) buyer and retailer.

This is what I'm finding out about these types of sites, when you place an order, it's in stock, but they don't give a exact time for delivery. When I had called a similar site, which I believe is either a sister site or the same site all together but using different names. They stated it was out of stock when I placed the order, and there was no time frame on when it would be restocked or delivery date. When asked just for my money back waited over 2 months for a refund. For zuilly, no refunds just credits.

You will get it but you'll never know when. The first and only order I placed with them took 7 weeks to ship in full. I wouldn't waste your time trying to figure it out. The whole company is a scam:-(

I sure do hope so that you will get it. With my order, it was horrible! Never got the product and they ended up just refunding me two months after I ordered it lol what a joke! Never ever again!

I haven't had any problems with them. Give it time. Never expect speedy delivery from them tho, that's just how sites like this work.

Hit or miss. I won't place an order there again. Although the product wasn't defective, it didn't match the description on website. It always 3 weeks or longer with Zulily. If you don't like having too wait, go somewhere else. There is a point when I say enough is enough. Details about shipping and returns are in a conspicuous place on website. Suppose to be readily viewable and eAsy to finf

Call or email again and ask for a tracking number. I have only contacted customer service once, but received excellent results.
