I know that Zulily deals with many different companies so some may be from overseas but not sure. You realize that the reason the items are priced so well and that the stock changes often is because they do get from all over.

Call customer service... they can authorize your return and email you a label.

Zulily doesn't accept damaged items. So all you need to do is call customer service. They will either replace it or refund you for the damaged item.

Yes this depends on the individual item purchased but this is clearly listed so that there are no surprises as some items are not returnable. I've received shoes wrong size the correct size was sent to me before I even returned to them at no cost.

Everything I have gotten is the actual brand. New Balance shoes are the real thing. I've even gone to the New Balance store for verification. Same with Skechers.

I have found that the sizes do tend to run small. So I started going up 1-2 sizes for clothing.

I don't think they are based in China. They are a company that offers other folks' products on their website, so some of the items may be made in China. I suggest always checking the size charts, looking at the descriptions (some say the article runs large or small), and reviews of the item if there are any.

Yes. I have always received a pair of shoes. Very good quality. I have purchased shoes for my grandsons and they are very good national brands.
