I received my oder but they sent the wrong size how do i return and get the correct size?

Answer:

You would log in to your account. Go to your orders. Click on return. They will send you the packaging label for you to return the item. You can either call or email customer service tell them your order number and ask if they have the correct size in stock. Here is there phone number 877-779-5615 or their email is service@zulily.com

Are the sizes in us sizes? you have horrible reviews online, what are your return policies?

Answer:

I have learned to stay away from some of the clothing, especially tops, because they often run very small. If there is a known size discrepancy, it is stated in the description. Known name brands in shoes, such as Clark's, Muck Luck, etc. have worked best for me. I recently ordered an a Appleseed's top and the price was a fraction of the cost in the catalog or on the web site. I have purchased directly from Appleseed's for other items and am familiar with the product sizing so I was confident in ordering from Zulily. I have not had any return problems. A return is usually requested before a refund is issued. I have received a refund or store credit depending on the particular policy for the item. Once, a pricey gemstone bracelet lost one of the stones the first time I wore it. I contacted Zulily. They requested a photo which I provided and asked me to return it for repair which they did in a timely manner. I have been a Zulily customer for about 8 years.

Depends on the brand honestly. But expect to not get exactly what you expect no matter what your expectations are.

I ordered on 2/26 and have not received but 2 items on my order. when i type in order status to see when remainder would be shipped it says i have no order. order # is 445428681 for $213.65. i have received a purse, redplaid tunic, dress and leggings set, and brown leggings. still missing, quite a bit.

Answer:

You can expect to wait up to 5 weeks or more for delivery. I would contact your credit card company to cancel payment on remaining order. Do this ASAP.

I am seeing some very bad reviews about zulily. i am interested in their tunics from r&b - they look beautiful, but i am afraid to purchase because of comments about zulily's products being poorly sized, and poor quality. should i just save my money?

Answer:

I have bought a few of these, I love them. Check your measurements against the sizing chart. I am large busted, g cup, so sometimes the empire style are a bit short in the bust, sometimes bang on, try one or two to start. Read the fabric details carefully too, sometimes its not what you imagine, but I have been happy with all of mine
