Yes--I just got a shirt & it isn't an XL & now I cannot wear it

Shipping can be slow - as it's an aggregate site: I've waited up to 6 weeks for one item, while sometimes I get something in a week. Some items ship very quickly ('rocket' items - they have a little rocket next to them) and those ship almost immediately - you get them Ina day or two. Within an order if you have rocket items, you can appx $3 more to get them first without waiting for the rest of your order. It's an impulse buy site with the knowledge you will await your reward ;)

Zulily accepts items back for store credit or if the item is damaged, they do refund your money

The missy sizing is quite small, I think more Asian sizing or petite/teenager. Size is just a number, don't stress. And yes in Australian sizing those hip measurements would be 16 or 18

I buy the brands I know such as Matilda Jane, Melissa and Doug, cuisinart, etc. and have never been disappointed. I've bought Ugg shoes, sofft and vionic and they fit true to size but I've bought these brands locally before so I knew what size to buy. I personally have never been disappointed in anything I've bought from Zulily and I buy through Ibotta to get extra money off.

No, don't, all the bad reviews are true, I regretted ordering from this awful site, horrible quality, wrong size and color always and they never refund you, they give you store credits so you spend more money and you still get the wrong item every time, it is a vicious circle, run away with your money

However, fabrics can appear different in color and texture due to the lighting and coordinating colors that it is photographed with.
