The number on their app went through last night but I found out by googling the number this morning (I forgot who I called on my phone log) that it's reported as a nuisance number online with calls about Safeway checks blah blah... no mention of Zulily. So maybe it's a phonebank handling multiple businesses, idk. They said they fixed my order but I guess we'll see. I hesitate to give you the number but it's the customer service number on their app: 1-888-640-8986
Quality control isn't Zulily's best qualities. I've bought tops that were prefect but I buy the same size in dresses and they are too small or too big. If they would hire someone good at making sure their merchandise is true to size, they will have a good site. I hope with there affiliation with QVC this will change. At least, I hope.
It depends where they came from. If it's from China, it will cost way more to return them then the shoes cost. I suggest finding some who can wear them. Give them as a gift or sale them. I've learned to watch closely where the items is going to be shipped from on all websites. I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding and needed to return it. I paid $150. To return it would have been $300 for export/import fees. Watch that.
