“Bad delivery and customer service”

My birthday balloon ordered came late and the balloons were already starting to deflate. I asked for refund and was only offered 20%. Please use caution when ordering balloons from them.

“Screwd one hour before”

1 hrs prior they backed out!
Then they don't give uour refund for 3 to 5 days but collected in t min.
Company is a big scam!
