Worst printer I've ever bought in my life. If you don't use it ever day it will not print. I have tried everything it says to do. I've had this this piece of junk for a year printed maybe 10 times. My first & last hp product. I wasted money on a price piece of junk NeVEr Again -million stars

HP has got to have the worst online support. I have purchased several HP printers in the past and they have connected to my network and I was able to download the drivers, no problem. I recently purchased and attempted to use an Officejet Pro 8720 and had a very frustrating time installing an updated driver and using the damn thing. The setup instructions lead me to "123.hp.com/setup" and this URL takes you a "Download Software" screen. Great, but all I get is an error message "Error 400 - bad request". How the F%$# can I print without the driver. Also tried the HP website, same problem. Maybe I was unlucky and HP whole site is down, so I tried on my Ipad and when I typed in the URL I was taken to some odd looking site where I was told I had to let them "control my laptop in order to provide support." Hell NO! At this point I'm tempted to pack the printer back up and ship back. Don't know what else to do. Thanks HP! (sarcasm intended).
