Was having trouble getting mask and supplies during the supply chain fiasco in the early 20's. I found 1800CPAP through an on line search, and I've been with them ever since! Prices are very competitive, same brands my health care pricier has and delivery is EXCEPTIONALLY FAST! And customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced! I ordered a different mask size one time to try it. The size I ordered was too small. Called C.S. And they had another one (I made sure to order my "usual" size) on at my door within 48 hrs!
I recommend them to EVERYONE!
I understand according to your terms and conditions you aren't responsible for delivery, but the order I made on November 30 did not make it to Iowa until December 30.

First time using you services. Somewhat disappointed that the chin strap purchase was so much more in cost compared to purchasing direct from maker.
Answer: Hello Martin. We are a self pay company and therefore do not contract with insurance companies. In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
