Honestly, I was a little disappointed, the pricing that is advertised looks so enticing, but when you start adding everything up, it gets expensive really fast. I wonder if there is a different way to advertise, like using both eyes as the advertised price, not just one eye.
I needed contacts. But I can't afford the stores prices. These guys came up. Got my order quickly. I would have rather liked the rebate off of my order and not a mail in proof of purchase that you have to cut off a years supply of contacts making the box worthless for storage. Then you have to access to a printer to print off form. (They never mentioned that during the rebate offer.) now I mailed the rebate to a place that possibly is under water from hurricanes. Brief google search was not promising. I feel as if the Visa card should be mailed with purchase but activated after you pay. Way easier than placing the burden on the customer. However, they didn't screw up filling a prescription with brand type and prescription. 🙄
Nothing of note, everything went smoothly. Please make sure to read the cost per unit as the site makes it just a little tricky to determine your cart price before checkout. They offer a nice rebate, but you get it in the form of a gift card, not a direct return of money.
I wear gas permeable lenses; two (2) of past companies used no longer carry them. Not only does you company carry them, but I was also able to get two (2) pairs for the same price paid elsewhere for one. Ordering is simple, and arrived quickly. Thank you! Anne
There are significant hidden processing fees that do not show up until check out. It was a little bit of a shock in the difference in price from just the contacts to the end total. Also hard to even find what the extra cost were all about as tech had to tell me where to view them. They are a little deceptive.
Very easy site to use. Easier than 1-800-Contacts in fact. Only thing I didn't like were a bunch of fees tacked on at the end. The price ends up being more than you're expecting. Just state the correct price up front - it's still a good price.
At first, it was a very frustrating process. I had given them my prescription, but for reasons they were complications and I had to call customer service quite a few times. Upon placing my order, I was told it would only take 3 to 5 business days. Once the purchase was complete, it was stating it would take almost 2 weeks. I had to call customer service in order for them to explain that it only takes 3 to 5 business days once the product has originally shipped out. This was something they should have explained during my order. I ended up having to pay more money to have expedited. My daughter is complaining that the left contacts are blurry so I'm not sure that they even got the prescription correctly.
My money was small at the time but I needed to be able to see so I searched the Internet for a deal. Contacts have been expensive for a lot of years for me and I never thought I could come across this amazing deal. This was my first time ordering from 1-800-Get-Lens. I was happily amazed at how easy it was to order new contacts. I think the whole process took 5 minutes or less from start to finish! I received my contacts within the time frame provided, and I love my Brilliant Blue eyes! I receive lots of compliments because they are such a vibrant color! My contacts got here finally, they were the correct order. I did wish there was an online option to send in the rebate information and I don't like how long it took to get my contacts. But, overall a good experience.

Tell your Business Analyst that this mandatory aspect makes customers, whether a good experience or not, provide negative information out of frustration which is contrary to the point of the qualitative survey they are using. Keeping in mind that an email was sent stating that they had to get my contacts from somewhere else I still had to wait roughly a month to get contacts which made things difficult for me. Even though the process of getting the right lenses and purchasing was satisfying the wait for shipping and delivery was pretty displeasing
I was unaware that I would get the rebate after placing the order. This should've been more visible on the website, so I was surprised when the whole amount was charged to my cc. I went to the confirmation email to investigate, and only then, at the bottom, did I see a mention of the rebate. I almost missed it! The instructions say that I must cut out a piece of the box from the contact lenses, fill out some paper with my address, and mail it somewhere. Only then will I get a prepaid card with the $150 rebate in my mailbox. This is so much extra work, and in the 21st century, this is nonsense. It's like faxing. Who has time for this?! I assume this is so that the lens company can sell my information, hence the discount, and I will start receiving much more junk mail in my mailbox. Not thrilled! If I'm wrong about my information being sold for the discount, this process should've been done over email.

It was easy to order my contacts and the arrival was pretty fast. I do feel that the pricing is somewhat misleading. The contacts price seems reasonable, but processing fees, etc make the price much higher.
I received my contacts in a timely manner and the customer service rep was very helpful in getting my prescription from my optometrist. I'm just hoping the rebate cones fast. I filled it all out and sent in the rebate with my box cut outs so now I'm just waiting to see.

The customer service rep had the comments from my eye doctor and made the changes that were necessary to get the order processed. I was told to expect a 3 week delivery and was pleasantly surprised to find my order had been delivered in only 3 days! Well done!
