Was told contacts would be shipped in 2 days, but was over a week before they shipped and two weeks before we received them.
I ordered from this site, because the prices were better than other sites(so I thought). When I got the order confirmation it said the subtotal was $117. When I got the shipping confirmation it said $117 plus $9.95 shipping with a total coming to $186. Clearly there was a mistake. When I called the company they said that the extra $60 was "tax and charges". Nowhere did they publish that on my email or receipt. Tax, ok fine, but what were the charges that basically added up to half of my order? I asked if I could have a breakdown of the charge and it itemized on my bill. I was told no. Flat out NO, we don't do that. So needless to say, when I got my order I requested a return label and sent it back. I am still awaiting my refund. I ordered from 1800contacts. While the same exact product is a Little more expensive, in the end the total transaction was $20 less and no fees. Do your research!
