Glad it's cheaper than eye doctor. Ordering was user friendly. The rebate is just an extra pain. For a better customer experience just make it that much cheaper instead. But I'm sure they make money off it cause it really is annoying to cut out from boxes and print and mail in.
As,a,50+ year "hard"lens wearer, I was happy to find a vendor supplying such an impressive array of lenses. The rep was helpful and competent, and I received my lenses as requested in good time. I am completely satisfied with both product and personnel! Lost1 star for no solutions &surprise S&H fees.
The experience purchasing, sharing my prescription, and getting the lenses was all just fine.
I have been waiting a month now for rebate information--when I made the purchase, the website said I would get an email with rebate info after my contacts arrived.
I hope I get this information soon. If I do not get a rebate, the contacts would have been less expensive from another vendor. Fingers crossed that I get the rebate information, or I will not be ordering from this company again.
The issue I have is that the majority of savings is derived from the coupon that has to be submitted for the 75$ refund. This is an annoyance and requires time and effort on my part. It is not a discount but a manufacturers rebate and not anything done by the seller. If it was truly in your interest to provide service you would take care of the rebate and at least handle the documentation and filing.
So easy and great pricing. Beast of all they delivered right to your door… no going back to the optometrist to pick my lenses.

I spent 194 dollars on 3 months worth of contacts. They were 54 a box and had a "taxes and fees" of 60 dollars. They advertise as the cheapest contacts but it's not true
Although the contacts received are correct prescription and similar in performance to what was ordered, they are not right. The ones I received are a cheaper version of what we wanted.
The site was easy to navigate and prices were very reasonable among other websites. The shipping was very quick as well. I'm satisfied and will be ordering again.
My first pair of contact lenses were a little dry when I told them of the package. After couple hours my eyes were very dry. I don't know 🤷🏽 if I purchased in the future.
I Love how I was able to call and talk to a representative and she was very nice with me and she helped me get the right order I had ordered two times before with hub contact and they had to return them twice so I really appreciate the lady thank you so much!
The photo feature seems to be an issue. Kept getting a phone message that it was unreadable. I called in and the person I spoke to said he was able to read it just fine and sent my order.
The site worked really well. The only problem was that they said the item was in stock and it had to be ordered. Still received it in a reasonable amount of time.
Easy to order my contacts where here with in 7 to 10 business day which was great. Over all I would recommend 1-800- contacts to people it's quick and easy.

I was skeptical about ordering contacts online.(how easy is it to confirm my prescription, etc) But it was extremely easy. It only took less than 24 hours to confirm and my contacts were shipped. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is receiving the rebate that the contacts have.
When I first ordered I was told it was $40. When I received the order it was $175. Coupon comes with it. Make sure you read fine print. Worth the time.
This is the first place that has allowed me and myvhusband to order on the same order to get the rebate. We can afford 8 boxes between us, but have a hard time affording 8 boxes for each of us.

I really appreciate that 1800 Contacts notified me that my RX was about to expire. That allowed me to order more lenses and they were received quickly and correctly.
This was my first time to order so I was not totally sure what to expect. I was a bit disappointed to find out my script was not in stock and had to be ordered from another location/warehouse causing delay. However, even with that said the lenses still arrived a week earlier than anticipated. I will def continue to order from 1800 contacts.
The "Rebate Experience" is both unnecessary and time consuming. It is designed to offer barriers to fulfillment. Offer the best bottom line price and forget the "Rebate" process.
The in site vision test made it very easy to be able to renew my contact prescription while I waited to be able to see my regular eye doctor and ordering the lens themselves was super easy!
